Who is an individual client? When a person takes financial responsibility for the apartment and payments himself or herself, then he/she is considered an individual client. This person may work for a corporation, theater group or government entity, but their organizations are not taking financial responsibility for the contract terms, even though the person may be reimbursed for their expenses. Individual Clients are expected to be responsible for the apartment, its care and all payments as set forth in the Occupancy Agreement and any subsequent terms.

What is the difference between Corporate Housing America and other corporate housing companies? Corporate Housing America has immediate and detailed first-hand knowledge of the areas we serve. We have been providing temporary housing for over 20 years. Our staff works one-on-one with guests, making sure they have access to the best, most competitively priced corporate housings available.

What are the benefits of a Corporate Housing America corporate apartment? Unlike other corporate housing providers that follow a cookie-cutter design template, Corporate Housing America provides stylish apartments individually furnished and accessorized to give each home a welcoming appeal.
With your suitcases in hand you will arrive at your temporary home to find a professionally cleaned, tastefully decorated and fully-furnished apartment. Your cable, high-speed Internet, house wares and kitchen are ready to use.

Are your prices competitive? Corporate Housing America offers the most competitive rates in the industry. Corporate Housing America has been in the corporate apartment business for over 20 years and has long standing relationships that allow us to get the best deals and best apartments and pass the savings along to you.

What if I have a problem during my stay? You will be provided with an emergency number to call should you encounter any issues. Routine requests can be submitted on-line via email.

Do you provide housecleaning services? Yes, we can provide any level of housekeeping you require. We employ our own professional housekeepers, not an outside company, to provide housekeeping on a bi-weekly basis for an additional fee.

Are there laundry facilities? Yes, all apartments offer laundry facilities, whether in the apartment or elsewhere on the property.

How do I arrange for high-speed Internet access? The majority of Corporate Housing America apartments include Internet access. Please ask your representative about high-speed Internet access in your apartment when placing your reservation.

Can you accept packages for residents? Most of our properties offer free package pick-up at the office.

What is the process for selecting my apartment? You can view the listings on our web site or speak with a reservation specialist to help make your selection.

What time is move in? To allow for your apartment to be professionally cleaned and prepared, we ask that you arrive after 4 PM on your check-in day. We can also shop for groceries and stock your refrigerator. Just ask about our concierge services.

How do I get the keys to the apartment? Specific instructions as to where the keys are will be included in the Self Check-in Instructions that are emailed the day before your arrival date.

My stay will be especially long, and I have some large items I would like to bring along. Is there anything special I need to do? Your customer service team can arrange for use of service elevators in certain buildings. Please notify CHA before move-in.

Can I extend my contract? Corporate Housing America is happy to extend your stay(subject to availability), however it is important to contact us immediately when your need to extend stay becomes apparent. At Corporate Housing America, we pride ourselves on being very flexible and will do our best to keep you in the same unit or at least the same building.

Should I clean the apartment before departure? All personal items and trash must be removed and the apartment left in the same condition as found upon move-in. As the apartment is detailed and prepped for new guests, it will be inspected. At this time, we will document and photograph any excessive wear and tear or damages.

What can I expect at the time of my move-out? Shortly before your scheduled move-out, your representative will call to confirm your departure date. Arrangements will be made for your departure, including key drop off instructions. We will ask for forwarding information for any letters or packages that may arrive to your attention.

Are there any charges after I move out? Normal use is expected on our furnishings and within the apartment. Corporate Housing America will provide digital photos of any damages that are found as a result of your stay. We keep detailed property records and you will be charged only for any damages found or missing items.

Are your apartment's non-smoking? Corporate Housing America offers a smoke free environment. Smoking is prohibited in any apartment. Some apartments are within Smoke-free properties. We allow smoking on your patio or balcony at other locations.  Please check with one of our team members to make sure the smoking restrictions fit your needs before making a reservation.
